The “Guesthouse Kaisergracht” is part of the work of the German Seamen’s Mission in the port of Amsterdam. We also go on board ships to listen and to offer help.

Our house is a home away from home in a foreign environment. For seafarers it is a beacon in a strange city, for their families a place to wait for the ships.

Seafarers from all over the world appreciate the effort of the German Seamen’s Mission and feel at home in our house.
